DSR offers a variety of Alcohol and Drug Screen services designed specifically to meet the needs of your company.  We offer NON-DOT and DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Services for local and regional businesses.

All of our tests are conducted by certified collectors following strict chain of custody procedures to continuously insure accurate results. Additionally, we are able to submit all drug screen results for review by a Medical Review Officer should it be requested.

Our NON-DOT drug screening is offered at competitive prices regardless of the size of your organization!!!!!!  DSR uses a dip panel test for rapid screening results.  These drug screens come in several configurations such as a 5, 6, 10 or 12 panel setup.  Testing is available for any of the following:

For those customers that may require more detailed analysis of any rapid drug screen, DSR provides the ability to send specimen to a certified laboratory for specimen verification.  This verification can provide the results to determine drug concentration levels.  Additionally, DSR offers hair follicle, toenail and fingernail screening services to all of our customers.  This service provides a more comprehensive historical analysis of the sample provided.

As an additional service for our customers, we have the ability to provide on-site services and we can work closely with you to help your company remain in compliance with Georgia Drug-Free Workplace rules and regulations.  As part of this effort, we maintain your employee records in our computer system and can easily provide to you computer generated random selections and consortium services.  Contact us for pricing or more information about all the services that we provide.



The US Department of Transportation requires that all employers with workers in safety-sensitive job positions have, in place, a random drug testing policy to ensure continued workplace safety.  We can handle all of your random needs to keep in compliance with DOT required percentages for your company.  DSR is also available to assist with any DOT audits that your company may encounter.

Our certified Breath Alcohol Technicians use RBT IV Blue DOT evidential breath testers which are on the DOT’s conforming products list.  Because of routine accuracy calibration procedures, the results from the RBT IV are always accurate and will hold up in a court of law.  Additionally, we are able to respond rapidly by coming to your office, field location or as an alternative, the employee or prospective employee may be sent to one of our offices.

These tests provide instant results that are qualitative, not quantitative.  What this means is that the test cards are a rapid urine screening test that can be performed without any additional instrument.  The tests utilize monoclonal antibodies to selectively detect elevated levels of specific drugs in urine.  Our staff can work with you to determine the best testing strips to meet your needs.  Typically, we utilize 5, 6, 10 or 12 panel devices.



A hair screen is an examination that requires a small amount of hair which is cut from the individual’s body to identify specific drugs used by the person being tested.  The test measures the drug molecules and their specific metabolites that are produced only after a drug has been processed by the human body.  After the drug is processed, trace amount of its metabolites are inserted into the hair follicles via the blood stream.

For a standard hair follicle screen the hair is cut as close to the scalp as possible and covers a period of approximately 90 days, but is susceptible to time variation depending on the growth rate of the individual’s hair.



Fingernail, a keratinized protein like hair, is emerging as a popular specimen type for drug and alcohol testing. Using fingernail samples for toxicological analysis and pharmacokinetic studies has been around for decades.  For fingernail clippings there is a potential for a detection window of up to 6 months.  For toenails clippings there is a potential for a detection window of up to 12 months.
